Class 1

Our first class was a lot of fun. Paul, the instructor, is great and his style is very informal. A friendly translator was available to assist him when needed. This was a very interesting class – there were no written recipes, we all took notes and pictures as we observed the instructor make the dishes.

We learnt three dishes; Ma-Po Tofu, Green Vegetable (Bok Choy) with Vegetarian Ham, and, Hot & Sour Soup
